Send a message describing your situation. This is how most of our clients start.
Better for longer explanations or if you prefer written records.
What to include in your first message
You do not need to prepare anything, but these four things let us give you a useful answer immediately rather than asking a round of questions first:
- Whether you are salaried, freelance or running a business
- Whether you are already registered with FBR
- Whether you have filed before, and if so roughly when
- What you are trying to achieve, for example becoming a filer, filing this year, or fixing previous years
Please do not send sensitive documents in your first message. Hold off on CNIC copies, bank statements and passwords until we have qualified your case and given you a secure route for sharing them.
Where we work
The whole process runs remotely over WhatsApp and secure document sharing, so we work with clients across Pakistan as well as Pakistanis living abroad who have obligations at home.
Response times
We aim to reply to WhatsApp messages the same day. In the weeks approaching the 30 September deadline the volume rises considerably, which is a practical reason to start earlier rather than later.
